Interventions to promote change
For some years we have been dealing with the integration between the change of individuals and organizations. We carry out staff training interventions and support the organization in the psychological management of change. We carry out training actions to re-motivate staff in the creation of a collaborative and responsible group identity involving every worker, every single individual who participates as an active part. This makes the change effective and stable . Working on change is not just reorganizing but especially recreating motivation and role awareness.
Training sessions and webinars were held on topics related to the remodeling of work tasks in smart working, the reconciliation of work tasks and parental tasks in the face of the challenges that the pandemic has posed to us, and interventions for individual management of role crises within the company.

Corporate training includes a series of activities that aim to increase the skills of individuals to promote personal and professional growth and achieve business goals. In addition to promoting the competitiveness of the company on the market and projecting it into the future. Our center works according to SMART principles which are the international guidelines for corporate training in order to make these activities functional.

How we operate
The Centro Studi Famiglia has been dealing with training for organizations, institutions and companies for some time, proposing interventions that develop in various phases:
1. Gathering information to analyze employee needs (organizational, professional, individual needs)
2. The objectives are defined from the needs analysis
3. In addition to the objectives, the tools and methods needed to achieve the goal must be defined;
4. The training course can take place in the classroom, outdoors or via e-learning platforms;
5. The results and effectiveness of the training are measured.
