Our projects

The Family Studies Center - CSF - provides psychological and psychoeducational support to children, adolescents and their families.

For many years we have been carrying out interventions in schools to support students, teachers and parents.

Schools, today more than ever, are called to take care of the emotional well-being of students. For this reason, psychological work finds more and more space alongside didactic work, involving teachers, parents and students themselves.

The CSF would like to present here some proposals for intervention to promote positive involvement and harmonious participation of students in school life.

The topics dear to us...

These are the topics that are closest to our hearts. For each of these macro topics, specific projects have been developed for primary and secondary schools.

Managing emotions

Managing emotions is crucial to mental health, personal relationships, professional success, physical well-being, and self-fulfillment. It allows you to deal with stress effectively, communicate healthily, make informed decisions, reduce the risk of stress-related physical illnesses, and develop greater self-awareness. In short, learning to manage emotions is essential to leading a balanced and fulfilling life.

Nutrition education

Nutrition education for young people is crucial to promote physical and mental health, developing healthy eating habits and awareness of the environmental impacts of food choices. By teaching cooking skills and promoting a balanced diet, young people are prepared to make informed food decisions that benefit both themselves and the environment.

Bullying and Aggression Management

Addressing bullying is crucial to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, protecting the well-being of children, promoting emotional and physical safety, improving academic performance and preventing violent behavior. Addressing bullying promotes positive values of respect and inclusion, contributing to the creation of more cohesive and tolerant communities.

School orientation

Career counseling is a process of supporting students in choosing educational and career paths. It includes assessments of skills and interests, counseling on education and careers, and access to informational resources. It helps students explore options, develop educational and career plans, and make decisions that align with their goals. It is crucial to a successful transition into adult life and to personal and professional success.

DSA Screening

Screening for Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD) is a process used to identify early learning difficulties in students. This process involves standardized assessments of reading, writing, mathematics, and other related cognitive skills. The goal of screening is to identify children who could benefit from appropriate assessment and interventions to address their learning difficulties.

Digital Education

Digital education focuses on teaching the skills needed to navigate the digital world safely, critically and responsibly. This includes online safety, data privacy, digital literacy and responsible use of social media. It is essential to prepare young people to participate consciously in digital society, avoiding risks such as cyberbullying and online scams, and taking advantage of the opportunities offered by technology.

School difficulties
